Low-fat Northern Beans Snack Dip & Sun Chips

Ingredients
  Northern beans 2 Can (20 oz)
  Yellow onion 1 Medium, chopped finely
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped finely
  Liquid amino 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Drain and rinse the beans.
2. Chop onion and garlic.

MAKING
3. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic.
4. In a food processor, combine beans and sautéed garlic, pepper, liquid amino and onion. Blend until smooth.

SERVING
5. Serve it with desired snack.
