Crudite Platter With Dip

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 12 Ounce
  Parsley sprigs 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped green onions 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Anchovy paste 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce To Taste
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Yellow squash 3 Medium, diagonally sliced
  Snow peas 6 Ounce, trimmed
Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in container of electric blender; process until smooth.
Chill thoroughly.
Garnish dip with parsley, if desired; serve with squash and snow peas.
