Pumpkin Chili Dip

Welcome to the SimpleCookingChannel. Things might get pretty simple sometimes but sometimes that's just what a person needs. I hope you like my pumpkin chili dip.
Ingredients
  Pumpkin 500 Gram, peeled, cut into pieces
  Red chile 1 , deseeded, finely sliced
  Dried coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, mince
  Lemon 1 , juice extracted
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon (6-12 grinds)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In steamer put pumpkin pieces, cover with lid, and steam for 20 minutes or until tender.

MAKING
2. In a bowl, put steamed pumpkin pieces, and mash it well.
3. Add chili, dried coriander leaves, cumin, and garlic.
4. Pour lemon juice, season it with salt and pepper. Mix well.

SERVING
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve chilled with Turkish bread.

TIPS
Add some chili seeds if you like your dip to be spicy.
