Mediterranean Spicy Feta Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Feta 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sun dried tomatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Peeled roasted red pepper 1 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped
  Red pepper flakes 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Pita/Pita chips 6 (For Serving)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, finely crumble the feta, add the rest of the ingredients and combine well. It is best to mix this at least 2 hours before serving so that the flavors come out.
2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

SERVING
3. Serve with pita chips or even in a sandwich instead of regular mayonnaise, goes great with chicken.

This is a spicy twist on the much loved cheese spread. This feta cheese spread goes great on a sandwich or as an appetizer with chips or crackers. It's easy to make and can be made in advance. Add sumac to kind of give it that tangy zing!
