Red Bell Pepper Sweet Dip

Ingredients
  Red bell pepper 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Thrive)
  Water 4 Tablespoon
  Sour cream powder 1 Cup (16 tbs), reconstituted with 1/2 cup water
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a food processor, put the red bell pepper and powder them.
2) Take a bowl and pour the powder into it. Add water and mix.
3) Add sour cream, olive oil, salt, pepper and sugar and give it a good mix.
SERVING
4) Serve the sweet pepper dip with fresh or reconstituted Thrive vegetables.
