Homemade Smoked Salmon Dip

TheSaucymouth's picture
I’m from the Pacific Northwest and Salmon has always been a staple in my diet. My earliest memory of having Salmon was eating it from a dip. It was so good, so I thought I would try making my own recipe. Here’s what I came up with. I hope you try my take on Smoked Salmon Dip!
Ingredients
Cooked salmon 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), bones out
  Green onions 6 , chopped
Cream cheese 4 Ounce, at room temperature
  Fresh lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Liquid smoke seasoning 2 Drop (Add More For More Smoke Flavor)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small mixing bowl combine all the ingredients.
2) Mix all the ingredients well.
3) Taste before serving to make sure you may not need to add more liquid smoke, or horseradish.

SERVING
4) Serve with chips, bread, crackers, or celery. Enjoy!

TIPS
Try adding capers and dill for more flavor.
