Ingredients
  Cream cheese 40 Ounce
  Crushed pineapple 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground ginger 3 Teaspoon
  Canned flaked coconut 9 Ounce
  Canned pecans 18 Ounce
Directions

Soften cream cheese; add remaining ingredients.
Mix well; chill.
