Classic Guacamole

Guacamole makes the perfect snack for anytime of the day.! Enjoy!
Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 Small
  Onion 1⁄4 , finely chopped
  Tomato 1 Small, finely diced
  Tobasco/Chilli powder 1 Pinch (A Few Drops)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Soft cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic/Garlic puree 1 Small, crushed (0.25 Teaspoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Peel the avocado.

MAKING
2. Add lemon juice and mash till soft.
3. Add cream and cheese, and then add the rest of the ingredients.

SERVING
4. Serve with Fajitas, Tacos and Corn chips.
