Easy Tzasiki Dip

Ingredients
  English cucumber 1 (Or 4 Little Ones)
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Preferable One That Contains Only Milk And Bacterial Cultures Without Any Additives)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. Grate whole cucumber in a food processor, add salt and leave for a few minutes.
2. Drain cucumber liquids before mixing with yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper.

SERVING
3. Serve as it is or serve chilled.
