Hot Spinach-Artichoke Dip

A delicious hot dip that is great served as an appetizer for a party or any occasion requiring an appetizer. This came from Southern Living.

Ingredients

Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Reduced fat sour cream
Mayonnaise 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Scallion 4 , sliced
Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Garlic clove 1 , pressed
Pepper jack cheese 5 Ounce , shredded
Frozen spinach 10 Ounce , thawed, drained, chopped
Artichoke hearts in water 14 Ounce , drained and chopped
For greasing
Cooking spray 3 Dash

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Grease a casserole dish with cooking spray.

MAKING

3. In a bowl, stir together, parmesan cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, scallion, lemon juice, garlic and Pepper jack cheese(1 cup). Fold in the spinach and artichokes. Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole.

4. Sprinkle with the pepper Jack cheese( 1/4 cup). Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.

SERVING

5. Serve with mixed crackers, toasted baguette slices or assorted vegetables.
