Light Onion Dip

Ingredients
  Yoghurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Low-fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 3 Tablespoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a medium-sized bowl, add in the yoghurt and cottage cheese. Blend the mixture well.
2) Add in the dry onion-soup mix and chilli powder. Stir well to mix.
3) Cover the bowl and let chill for about 3 hours.

SERVING
4) Serve the Light Onion Dip in a small bowl. Set it along a platter decorated with an assortment of raw vegetables like carrots, celery etc and chilled shrimp.
