|Mashed tofu||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon, chopped|
|Plain low fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1 Teaspoon|
1) Take a blender container and combine all ingredients in it.
2) Process the ingredients for about 30 seconds.
3) Transfer the mixture to a bowl and chill for several hours.
4) Place Tofu Dip in a bowl and serve with raw vegetables, if desired.
