Thick Blue Cheese Dip
|Blue cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Gorgonzola cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Cream cheese||1⁄4 Pound|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped or crushed with salt|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄8 Teaspoon (to taste)|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery sticks||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1 In a large bowl, beat together the blue, Gorgonzola, and cream cheeses.
2 Add in the pepper, garlic, and celery salt, mixing well.
3 Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
4 Blend in the mayonnaise thoroughly.
5 Place in the refrigerator, covered up, for 1 or 2 days.
6 Excellent served with celery sticks.
