Thick Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Blue cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Gorgonzola cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Cream cheese 1⁄4 Pound
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped or crushed with salt
  Celery salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Celery sticks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a large bowl, beat together the blue, Gorgonzola, and cream cheeses.
2 Add in the pepper, garlic, and celery salt, mixing well.
3 Stir in the Worcestershire sauce.
4 Blend in the mayonnaise thoroughly.
5 Place in the refrigerator, covered up, for 1 or 2 days.

SERVING
6 Excellent served with celery sticks.
