Spinach And Herb Dip For Raw Vegetables

Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Chives 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dill 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), pressed
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix together all the ingredients in it.
2) Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

SERVING
3) Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with raw vegetables.
