Florentine Dip

Ingredients
  Frozen spinach 20 Ounce, thawed, drained and chopped (2 Packets, 10 Ounce Each)
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ground allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sourdough loaf 2 (Round Shapes, 7 Inches Each)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a food processor, place the spinach, onion, garlic, salt and all spice
2) Process till the mixture is nice and smooth
3) Transfer to a bowl
4) Tip in the mayonnaise and the yogurt
5) Using a sharp knife, cut the top of the loaf on one bread
6) Scoop out the bread leaving a 1/2 inch shell
7) Reserve the scooped out bread
8) Into the bread shell , spoon in the spinach mixture
9) Replace the top and wrap in aluminum foil
10) Place in the refrigerator up to 4 hours

SERVING
11) Place the bread shell on a tray
12) Around the tray, arrange the scooped out bread and provide picks for dipping
