Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients
  Commercial sour cream 16 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Chopped parsley 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Chopped chives 6 Tablespoon
  Tarragon wine vinegar 6 Tablespoon
  Anchovy paste 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 4 (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1)Combine sour cream, cloves garlic,parsley,chives,tarragon, wine vinegar,anchovy,worcestershire sauce,dry mustard, salt and white pepper.
2)Stir it until smooth.
3)Chill for several hours.
SERVING
3)Garnish dip with parsley.
4)Serve with assorted raw vegetables or as a salad dressing.
