Smoked Fish Dip

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel 1⁄2 Pound
  Commercial sour cream 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crushed dried rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take out the skin and bones from mackerel.
2. Flake the fish with a fork.
3. In a bowl mix fish and next 8 ingredients.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

SERVING
5. Sprinkle parsley on top.
6. Serve with assorted crackers.
