Smoked Oyster Dip

Ingredients
  Smoked oysters 1 Can (10 oz), drained and finely chopped
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (1 Packet, 125 Gram)
  Spring onion 1 , chopped very finely
  Very finely chopped celery 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1 Pinch
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Milk 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together except milk.
2) Beat the mixture until thoroughly blended.
3) Stir in enough milk ( about a tablespoonful) for desired consistency of the dip.

SERVING
4) Use the Smoked Oyster Dip as required.
