Garbanzo Chickpea Dip

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooked garbanzos 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Chick Peas)
  Safflower oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 3 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Mix garbanzos with water, oil, sesame seeds, sea salt, garlic and lemon juice.
2.Blend the mixture well.

SERVING
3.Use as a sandwich spread.
