Egg and Parsley Dip

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Mixed herbs 1 Pinch
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mixed mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise/Cream 2 Tablespoon (Or As Required)
  Hard-boiled eggs 3 , chopped
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
2) Stir in the salt, pepper, mixed herbs, lemon juice, onion, Worcestershire sauce and mustard, blend thoroughly.
3) Stir in enough mayonnaise or cream for desired consistency of the dip.
4) Fold in the chopped eggs and parsley, mix well.

SERVING
5) Use the Egg and Parsley Dip as required.
