Crunchy Ham Dip
|Sour cream/Fresh cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Almonds/Peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched and chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
1) In a bowl, whip the fresh cream until it starts thickening.
2) Combine the cream with rest of the ingredients and beat until thoroughly mixed.
3) Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until the dip is thoroughly chilled.
4) Use the Crunchy Ham Dip as required.
