Asparagus And Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Asparagus spears 12 (Fresh / Frozen)
  Danish blue cheese 1 Ounce (25 Grams)
  Mustard powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Chives 1 Teaspoon (Leveled), chopped
  Wine vinegar 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon (Leveled))
  Natural yogurt 5 Ounce (150 Grams)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan of boiling seasoned water; plunge asparagus spears until the base is tender.
2. Let asparagus cool down completely.

FINALISING
3. In a medium bowl, crush blue cheese and mix with mustard and chives.
4. Drizzle vinegar just to moisten the mixture.
5. Add yogurt and mix well.
6. Refrigerate dressing until chill.

SERVING
7. In a plate, place asparagus tips and pour dressing on top.
