Spinach and Cheese Dip
|Dry vegetable soup mix||1 Ounce (1 envelope)|
|Fat free sour cream||16 Ounce|
|Fat free mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce|
|Canned water chestnuts||4 Ounce|
1) In a bowl, combine the soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise and mix well.
2) Thaw the spinach, and squeeze out excess moisture.
3) Mix in with the mayonnaise mix.
4) Mix in chopped water chestnuts and mix well.
5) Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
6) Serve with whatever you like.
