Grimmway Two Way Garden Party Dip
|Light sour cream||1⁄2 Pint (50 percent less fat and 1/3 fewer calories)|
|Neufchatel cheese||4 Ounce, softened (less fat, 1/2 package)|
|Carrot||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely shredded (Grimmway)|
|Green onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Red bell pepper||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped|
|Lemon peel||1⁄2 , freshly grated|
|Bottled salsa/Dried salad herb blend - 1 teaspoon||3 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon (to taste)|
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream and Neufchatel cheese until smooth.
2. Stir in vegetables and lemon peel.
3. Add either salsa or herb blend and garlic salt, cover and chill.
4. Serve the dip alongside fries, fritters or as desired.
