Fruit Dip Fluff

Ingredients
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Light Corm Syrup - 1/3 cup
Hot Water - 1/4 cup
Egg white - 1, stiffly beaten
Salt - a dash
Vanilla - a few drops
Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
Shredded Orange Peel - 1 1/2 teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a small saucepan, mix together the sugar, light corn syrup and hot water
2) Allow to heat gently till the sugar dissolves
3) Then boil the mixture stirring till it reaches a syrupy consistency
4) Slowly add this beaten egg white along with vanilla and salt
5) Keep aside to cool
6) Fold mayonnaise and shredded orange peel
7) Chill in the refrigerator thoroughly

SERVING
8) Serve as a dressing over some fresh fruit
