Hot Cheese Dip With Fruit

Ingredients
Sharp process American cheese - 1 cup, shredded
Process Swiss cheese - 1 cup, shredded
Evaporated milk - 1 can [6-ounce] (2/3 cup)
Prepared mustard - 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1 teaspoon
Hot pepper sauce - dash, bottled
Pimiento - 1/4 cup, finely chopped, canned
Apples or pears - as required, cut in wedges
Directions

MAKING
1) In small saucepan or chafing dish, add the cheeses, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce together.
2) Cook over a low heat, stirring continuously, until the cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
3) Remove from heat and stir in the pimiento; mix thoroughly.

SERVING
4) Serve the Hot Cheese Dip with apple or pear wedges.
