Snappy Fruit Dip
|Plain non fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Minced crystallized ginger||1 Tablespoon|
|Tangerine||1 , peeled and sectioned, pith removed|
|Fresh blackberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Seedless white grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, sour cream, honey and ginger together.
2) Refrigerate the dip until serving time.
3) Serve the chilled Snappy Fruit Dip with fresh fruits.
