Ham and Pineapple Dip
|Butter||2 Ounce, softened (50 g)|
|Cream cheese||4 Ounce, softened (100 g)|
|Cooked ham||4 Ounce, finely chopped or minced (100 g)|
|Canned pineapple||4 Ounce, finely chopped (100 g)|
|Green pepper||1 , cored, seeded and finely chopped|
|Soured cream||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. In a large bowl, tip in the butter and cheese and beat well till required
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat well
3. This dip can be frozen for later use. Place in a rigid container, label and seal for later use.
4. Serve immediately or thaw at room temperature for four hours. Beat till smooth and serve with crisps.
