|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Commercial sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper/Red pepper||1 Dash|
|Monosodium glutamate||1 Dash (Msg)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
1) Combine together all the ingredients and blend well.
2) Serve the Curry Dip at room temperature. Makes an excellent dip for lobster, shrimp and other seafood. Can be combine with flaked tuna for an interesting dip to be served with crackers.
