Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 8 Ounce (1 Carton)
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green onions with tops 2
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , freshly squeezed
  Pickled herring 6 Tablespoon, finely chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender, add all the ingredients together and blend well.
2) Alternately, in a bowl, combine all the ingredients together, mash together and refrigerate until needed.

SERVING
3) Use the Cottage Cheese Dip as required.
