  Horseradish 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, thoroughly mix all the ingredients together.

SERVING
2) Use the Horseradish Dip to fill artichokes and remainder for sandwiches.
