Curried Luncheon Dip
|Cottage cheese||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), grated|
|Skim milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||To Taste|
1) In a blender, mix together cheese, milk, curry powder, salt, garlic salt, pepper.
2) Blend the cheese mixture until smooth and has thick dipping consistency.
3) Adjust the consistency by adding more milk if required.
4) Serve the dip in a ramekin with a platter of assorted raw vegetables.
