South Of The Border Dip
|Cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sealtest)|
|Sharp process cheese spread||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Medium)|
|Chili sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1. In a bowl, combine the four ingredients.
2. Beat with a spoon until smooth and creamy.
3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until chilled.
4. Serve the South Of The Border Dip over slices on rye bread, with tortilla chips or crackers if you like.
