Ingredients
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Light olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Hoisin sauce 15 Ounce (1 jar)
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large pan, heat the olive oil
2. As the oil heats, dice the garlic
3. Add it to the hot oil and saute till fragrant
4. Add the hoisin sauce, sugar and a little water. Mix well till the mixture reaches a clingy consistency

SERVING
5. Serve immediately or chill till required.
