Avocado Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Dry cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Avocado 1
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Minced scallions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Onions)
Directions

Beat the cottage cheese and buttermilk until smooth.
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise and scoop out the pulp; mash smooth.
Combine with the cottage cheese, lemon juice, salt, Worcestershire sauce and scallions, mixing until well blended.
