Red House Dip
|Mango chutney||4 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (200 Gram, Rich Variety)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
Mix all the ingredients together well.
To freeze: place in a small rigid container, cover, label and freeze.
To thaw and serve: thaw in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
Turn into a bowl or half a fresh pineapple shell and serve with potato crisps (chips), sticks of carrot and celery and sprigs of raw cauliflower.
