Chafing Dish Mustard Dip

Ingredients
  Sweetened rhubarb sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Moderately Sweet)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Cocktail sausages/Wiener rounds / cubed canned ham 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients but meat; simmer in a skillet for a few minutes to blend.
Add meat and simmer gently for 15 minutes or more.
Then transfer to a chafing dish.
Provide cocktail picks for spearing meat.
