Chafing Dish Mustard Dip

|Sweetened rhubarb sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Moderately Sweet)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Tarragon vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Cocktail sausages/Wiener rounds / cubed canned ham||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Mix all ingredients but meat; simmer in a skillet for a few minutes to blend.
Add meat and simmer gently for 15 minutes or more.
Then transfer to a chafing dish.
Provide cocktail picks for spearing meat.
