Pimento Dip

Ingredients
  Dry curd cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimentos 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), well drained
  Non fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until very smooth.
Add the pimentos and blend until smooth.
Add the sour cream and basil.
Blend just until mixed in.
Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until needed.
