Easy Green Chili Bean Dip
|Canned fat free refried beans||16 Ounce (Two Cans)|
|Canned diced green chili peppers||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded reduced fat||5 Tablespoon|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Tablespoon|
|Shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese||5 Tablespoon|
In a large microwave-safe bowl, stir together the beans, chili peppers and 1/4 cup each of the Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese.
Cook in a microwave oven on high power (100%) for 90 seconds.
Stir and cook on high about 30 seconds more or until the bean mixture is heated through and the cheeses are melted.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining 2 tablespoons of cheeses on top.
