Rainbow Dip

Ingredients
  Unflavored yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced onion 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped yellow bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped red bell pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Minced lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chili powder To Taste (3 Grains)
Directions

1. Beat together the yogurt and mayonnaise in a bowl.
2. Mix in thoroughly the onion, parsley, yellow and red peppers and the lemon rind.
3. Add the seasonings, adjusting quantities to your taste.
