Spinach And Chestnut Dip

Ingredients
  Frozen chopped spinach 20 Ounce, thawed (2 Packages, 10 Ounce Each)
  Fat free plain yogurt 1 4⁄5 Cup (28.8 tbs)
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 4⁄5 Cup (12.8 tbs)
  Vegetable soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, drained and chopped
  Chopped green onion 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Squeeze excess liquid from the spinach.
In a large bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise and soup mix.
Then stir in the spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator about 2 hours.
Stir before serving.
