Beer Cheese Dip
|Process cheese spread loaf||1 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Regular / Nonalcoholic)|
|Red pepper sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetables pieces/Bread cubes / pretzels, if desired||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Bite Size)|
1. Heat cheese and beer in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in pepper sauce.
2. Remove cheese mixture to earthenware fondue dish, electric cooking pot or chafing dish; keep warm over low heat. Serve with vegetables.
