Ingredients
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Reduced fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot red pepper sauce 2 Drop
  Grated white onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Basil leaves 4 (for garnish)
Directions

1. ln an 8-inch skillet, heat the curry powder over moderate heat, stirring, for about 30 seconds or just until fragrant; stir in the next five ingredients. Spoon into a small serving bowl, cover,
and chill for at least 1 hour (will keep for up to 2 days). Garnish with the basil and serve with a basket of assorted fresh vegetables.
