Cheese-Pistachio Dip

Ingredients
  Cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Crumbled blue cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salted pistachio nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender blend cream cheese and blue cheese thoroughly.
2. Stir in cream and add lemon juice and nuts.
3. Chill.

SERVING
4. Serve with appetizers or snacks as desired.
