Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
2. Refrigerate.

SERVING
3. Serve along with assorted vegetables.
4. Can accompany fish and chicken as a sauce.
