Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Light mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Green onions 2 Tablespoon, sliced
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried
  Dried dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, combine together all the ingredients.
2. Refrigerate for 20 minutes so that the flavors can infuse.

SERVING
3. Serve with assorted vegetables.
