Ingredients
  Dry vegetable soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Onion 1 , minced
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned water chestnuts 8 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Spinach 10 Ounce, chopped finely (1 Package)
  Spinach 10 Ounce, chopped (1 Package)
Directions

Cook spinach, drain, dry & chop very fine.
Blend with all other ingredients.
Chill overnight before serving.
