White Lightning Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  Cottage cheese 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fresh parsley 2 Teaspoon
  Yogurt 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Sesame tahini 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, add all the ingredients and process at low speed till smooth; chill for a few hours to blend all the flavours

SERVING
2. Goes well with raw vegetables say cauliflower florets, carrot sticks, celery and so on
3. Could also be served at room temperture as a garnish for cooked broccoli or brown rice
