Low-Calorie Onion Soup Dip
|Yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diet cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry onion soup mix||3 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In medium bowl, combine yoghurt and cottage cheese until well blended.
2) Add the dry onion-soup mix and chili powder.
3) Cover the dip and refrigerate for 3 hours, to chill well and to let flavor develop.
4) Serve on tray with an assortment of crisp vegetables and chilled shrimp.
