Beer Cooked Shrimp With Spicy Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
  Beer 12 Fluid Ounce
For shrimp
  Light beer 12 Fluid Ounce
  Onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peppercorns 4
  Mayonnaise 1 Teaspoon
For yogurt dip
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Reduced calorie mayonnaise 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Clove 1
  Chili sauce 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Shrimp 24 (Unshelled)
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole clove 1
  Unshelled shrimp 24
  Prepared horseradish 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Hot sauce 3 Drop
Directions

MAKING
1) To make the shrimp, combine togetehr the beer, onion flakes, peppercorns, yogurt and mayonnaise in a 1-quart saucepan.
2) Bring the mixture to a boil and then cook for about 5 minutes.
3) Add the shrimp and take the pan off the heat.
4) Allow to stand till the shrimp turns pink. This usually takes about 3 to 5 minutes.
5) Drain, cover and chill.
6) To make the dip, combine together the dip ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well.

SERVING
7) Serve the shrimp chilled with the dip.
